WHAT CAN YOU APPLY FOR?

Researchers at a university or research institute can apply funding for project work at a company or an organization. A staff member at a company or organization can also apply to take part in the research at a university or research institute.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Researchers at Swedish universities and research institutes applies either for spending time at a company or an organization or for inviting a person from a company or an organization to their own organization. The main applicant must hold a doctoral degree.

HOW MUCH CAN YOU APPLY FOR?

You can apply for up to 1 million SEK for a period of 6-24 months. The level of activity during the project period can vary.

Formas is now announcing a funding call for increased mobility between academic researchers and practitioners in the private and the public sectors. The purpose of this call is to help increase interaction between academic research and society at large and to increase knowledge and the use of research results within both the private and the public sectors.

The call is common to Formas’ three national research programmes for Climate, Sustainable Spatial Planning and Food.
